Focused Therapy Sessions

Build Your
Relational IQ

Do you have what it takes to create a healthy, fulfilling relationship? Can you assess whether your partner does?

Choosing a partner is one of the most important decisions we make in our lives. It’s worth investing time in identifying what it takes for it to work and in developing those abilities in yourself.

I have designed an 8 week focused therapy plan that walks you through some of the most important elements of forming a healthy relationship. Because they are one-on-one sessions, the material will be tailored to the areas most relevant to you.

What We Will Cover:

  • Topics include character traits to develop in yourself and what to look for in a partner.

  • You will delve into what high-level psychological and emotional functioning entails and how to create healthy relational dynamics that allow for growth and connection during even the most trying times.

I have designed these Focused Therapy Sessions because, after 20 years of clinical experience as an Individual and Couples Therapist, I have seen first hand what matters in being able to have good relationships. Also, with experience in Research and Teaching, I can translate academic knowledge into practice for you. I have seen so many times that people would’ve made better decisions or been able to build more fulfilling relationships if they had had the knowledge sooner. Don’t you think it’s wise to spend time with an Expert in Relationships who can help you identify what you can do for yourself and look for in others as you make relationship decisions?

What to Expect

The sessions aren’t a class, per se, but rather a conversation. Envision 8 individual sessions, each with a topic guide, thoroughly researched and developed. Each session addresses a key ingredient of relationships. Rather than a group format, you have the individual attention of an Experienced Therapist who can provide insight and support tailored to your specific experience. You can reflect on what has and has not worked for you and what you can do differently.

Please reach out to talk more about the class and whether it can help you!
