What to expect in Individual Therapy:

After a brief phone consultation, you and Ann will set up a time to meet in person to discuss your experiences and goals for therapy.  Typically, sessions are once a week for 50 minutes, although it varies based on context.  The number of therapy sessions also varies and can be discussed individually with Ann.  Although Ann does not accept insurance directly, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits to help cover a portion of the fee.  Ann is happy to provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance.  Contact Ann directly for fees and scheduling.  Please reach out to see if Ann can help you find your way to a healthier, happier place!
