What to expect in Individual Therapy:
After a brief phone consultation, we will set up a time to meet in person. It is very important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. This first meeting can be used as time to determine whether it is a good fit. If you decide at the end of our meeting not to continue, you will not be charged for this first appointment. Each 50-minute session costs $175. We typically meet once a week, although it may vary depending on your needs. I currently do not take insurance, but I can provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance. Typically, the first few sessions involve us getting to know one another. Then, we can establish clear goals for therapy and continually assess your progress towards those goals. Please call or email me to make a step towards getting the support you deserve!
